Payment Cash: All products are available for purchase from our secure website, currently accepted cards are MasterCard, Visa, Solo and Switch.

Conditions of Sale: The goods remain the property of the seller, until the seller receives payment in full, but the risks and all liability shall pass to the purchaser on delivery. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Tax Charges: All prices include 17.5% VAT where applicable, this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders originating outside the EU, VAT can only be deducted from the cost of the goods, in compliance with the importing countries regulations.

Delivery: Most orders are dispatched within 7-10 days of receipt and delivered within a further 48 hours.

Returns and Exchanges: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods in saleable condition, within 7 days, for an exchange or refund. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.

Guarantee: Our guarantee extends only to the replacement or substitution of faulty goods and missing parts. It does not include charges for labour supplied, or any other incurred costs by a third party.

Security: Our website uses the WorldPay payment system which is hosted and run by WorldPay Merchant Services. It enables Secure Payment Capture of Credit and Debit cards, with on-line authorisation by the card issuer. This is performed on a secure server and all messages between our web site and the secure server are encrypted to 128 bit SSL. The card details for internet transactions are secured by the WorldPay.
